We really enjoyed the "Maid of the Mist" experience and thought it was a shame that our guide, Nick, was not allowed on board (no guides are allowed on anymore). Nick was a great guide and told us lots of stories about the falls and ushered us through the whole experience. Then he gave us wrist bands for the trolley to Goat Island and our tickets for "Cave of the Winds" experience. We felt this activity was a rip off and not what we expected. Nick is a Niagara Falls native and not part of a big company. We were happy to be able to support this local business and such a nice guy.

Great boat ride. Didn’t realize we’d get so close to the falls. Very cool. The Cave of the window was shorter than expected and I thought we’d be going into a cave, but it was still cool.

What a wonderful experience all around. It was our first trip to see Niagara Falls and we knew we wanted to experience Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds, which were both phenomenal! The walking tour seemed like a bit of a throw in, but we are thrilled that we did it. Darrin was absolutely fantastic! The amount of information he shared, along with so many captivating stories, was one of the highlights of our entire trip. It really elevated the whole experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you!

The tour was great! I loved that we had a walking and trolly tour. Got to jump the line at the Cave of the Winds and got to experience the Maid of the Mist! Billy was an awesome tour guide too!

Hello the tour maid of the mist will be your best choice. Nick was an excellent guide gave us all the recommendations for this ride to be spectacular. They're the best. 100% recommended!

The Hurricane Deck at Cave of the Winds is a must. You will get wet every step that you take. Wear shorts not long pants. You will be soaked even with the poncho that they provide. The steps are a bit slippery. I would recommend not carrying anything and use two hands on the steps. The Maids of the Mist was surreal. What ever you think it would be it is so much more. You will also get wet even with poncho but mostly on your head since poncho head covering doesn't want to stay on your head. It is rough taking any pictures since you wanna hold on to the rail. Your camera or cell phone will get wet so it better be water proof for this trip. Overall it was awesome and I would do it all again and recommend for all.

The knowledge of the tour guide was a bonus. The trip was very organized and we always knew what to expect. I would recommend to all!! Definitely worth every penny. The falls are amazing!
