The staff were awesome and very friendly. The narrative was way too much the entire trip. Couldn’t enjoy jazz music so much. Food not great. Very dissatisfied. Creole Queen experience was better.

There were a few things about this experience that were nice. The staff and crew were lovely and really cared. The jazz music was also enjoyable and lively. The boat was clean and well maintained. Now for the not-so-great. The cruise itself was mediocre. You basically do a figure 8 out and back from the dock. It was hard to hear the narration of the landmarks as we passed, but the trip wasn't that interesting. And the food was disappointing. The lowest level for food is somewhat dark and tables are too tight together. Try to at least get seating on 2nd deck or near a window. For $50+ per person-not worth it. Save your money and either just do the boat ride, or treat yourself to the many better brunch spots on shore. Truly, I think you'd have a better experience going out on an airboat or swamp tour.

We're over from Ireland on our first trip in 2 years due to Covid, and we wanted to experience all the city has to offer. This Jazz Brunch on a steamboat was well worthwhile! Good service, nice food, great music, and an on-board tourguide. We had lovely time and great weather. If you have time I would very much recommend it, it's not expensive, and easy to fit into your schedule.

Fantastic jazz brunch, although the original steam boat was getting redone, we really enjoyed ourselves on their newer boat. Food was good, company was great. We had great hospitality from Gina, Amy and Alvin. Walking on the boat is like being around family. Everyone is so nice and welcoming! This is the third time I've done the jazz brunch and I plan on doing it again!

We were a group of 10 including a couple of New Orleans residents and others visiting from both the United States and Europe. We all had a good time and had the brunch. The food was quite good and included some traditional New Orleans dishes: gumbo, salad, grits and gravy, potatoes O'Brien, creamed spinach, french toast, turkey sausage, bananas foster, and bread pudding. And both alcohol and non-alcohol drinks. While this was a buffet they had staff doing the loading of the plates which is a good practice in times of Covid. Speaking of Covid they do check that you are vaccinated. Our server was "Mrs. Tran" and she was fabulous and attentive to our needs. All the other staff we worked with were also very pleasant and helpful. The trip goes down and back the Mississippi River with commentary along the way that is factual and interesting. In addition, there is a small jazz combo on the top deck that is playing music for your enjoyment during much of the trip.

Delightful experience; enjoyed the buffet and the views- staff was great and very helpful. The hostess is so welcoming and excellent - only problem was the inability to hear the commentary about the river view outside while dining. The jazz band was great; altogether a wonderful experience and would suggest it for any one to relax and enjoy New Orleans

Food was average; service was good; atmosphere was lovely. My entire group enjoyed the trip. If you have time and want to see a bit of the River, I recommend. My one negative was that it was difficult to hear the narrator while the dining room was busy.
